The lunch menu was yummy, hotel perfect position for walking to everything, plus room service ladies nice and friendly. When we went to make a cup of tea, we found one of the cups had not been cleaned from the user before, but it was put away in the cupboard with the clean one. |

The room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and theA/C efficient & quiet The room was not serviced on the day before we left. I contacted reception at 1630hrs to report this - nothing was done! When I complained the next morning I was shrugged off with a $20 rebate. |
