The location was brilliant - the best of both worlds, close to a great beach and just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful, room wonderful with incredibly comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Buffet lunch and bar snacks at hotel quite expensive but check out Cafe Genis just a few metres away - very good quality food and excellent value for money.

The service at the hotel was fantastic, as well as complimentary cava and chocolate strawberries on arrival

The hotel had only 3 lifts and when busy took to long to arrive. And
the pool area and the seating was too spoil with no umbrellas to shade
from the sun

Breakfast was excellent. Staff attitude and service at front desk, all top notch. We were treated like royalties, extremely friendly people. Fast cable internet. Rooftop pool and view was good.

Small size of roof pool. Opening times of pool.. it should have been late into the night instead of 9PM. Expensive parking. Taps in toilet too "sensitive", we kept spattering ourselves. Weak batteries in TV remote, housekeeping wouldn't change them even though we asked. Bathtub wasn't properly cleaned. Concrete decoration in the lobby looked horrible.. 1st floor not too inviting!

The Hotel ab Skipper was at an ideal location for the beach and Port
Olimipic. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful without being
obtrusive. The rooms were of excellent standard, clean (and cleaned
daily). We did not have any problems with the bathroom layout (shower,
toilet etc) that have been mentioned within other reviews.

Whilst we did not have breakfast at the hotel the breakfast available
did seem overpriced and we were glad we opted out of that.

Good staff, good location , modern furinture , pools , speed of internet
is 2Mb/s at least so it is great

Breakfast was like a 4 stars hotel but the resturant was great

Excellent services and facilities and location of the hotel.

Everything was just fine except the occassional sirons of the passing
ambulances!

Wow there are hotels in Europe that have an Iron with an ironing board. I stayed in five major cities this year for summer vacation and this one was the only one that had an Iron. This Hotel has two pools! one in the center outside pattio and another one on the roof. The room is big and has plenty of space. Most hotels in Europe usually have small rooms with very limited space.

The bar in the room was way over rated and over priced. bottled water should not cost 4,00 euro even if it came from the springs of Colorado to Spain.
