スタッフの中にろくに英語もできず、チェックイン時に見せたパスポートは勝手にしまいこんで、こちらが返却を促すまで返そうとしないし、またホテルにチケットが置いてあるタブラオの予約を頼んでも自分で電話しろといって、何もしない若い男性がいたのが非常に残念だった。 |

Excellent location within walking distance of major sites; very friendly and helpful front desk staff; on-site restaurant is convenient and popular, especially for breakfast; rooms are nice-sized, very clean, and well-equipped; much better than we expected from a 2-star hotel. |

Excellent location, comfortable room.. Small things - no fridge in room when in information on room it said there was one. Shower head fixed. Finding street by car when you don't know Seville. |
