tcが使えました１００→９８ユーロですが、近くにsantander銀行があり、そこでも換金してもらえました。atocha駅にも近く便利でした。なにより料金の割には大変満足しました |

立地、朝食の内容、サービスは申し分ないのですが・・・、率直に申し上げますと、交通量の多い道路に面していることと、ホテルの隣にバールがあるので、深夜まで車とバールの客の声などがうるさかったです。上層階なら問題ないのかもしれません。また、2泊続けて夜中の2時にいたずら電話で起こされ、うち2泊目は4時にドアを猛烈にノックするいたずらをされました。ドアにチェーンがないので、絶対に開けてはいけないと思います。自分の部屋で入りたいのなら、こちらが「どなた様？」と尋ねたなら、名前ぐらい名乗るはずです。笑いながら執拗にノックするので、明らかに悪意をもったいたずらだと思います。宿泊客にもいろいろな人がいると思います。 |

Better location instructions would have been useful. Noisey on street side and thin walls. No view on back side of hotel but at least quieter. |

nothing--highly overpriced for tiny room-- People not helpful--snooty--charges for everything even the safe in room and computer use, no complementary coffee unlike others we stayed at . Consider this hotel the Most Expensive Worst Hotel we stayed at during this 5 country visit. |
