Spesielt likte vi den gode beliggenheten, selv om hotellet ligger i en gate med mye trafikk. Vi fikk rom med flott utsikt til hagene og katedralene med kort vei til den gamle bydelen med de koselige, trange gatene og stort utvalg av restauranter. Positivt med garasje. Nei. |

Now the renovations to the reception area have been completed give or take a few finishing touches, the hotel is excellent. It's so handy for the centre of the city. |

Excellent position and although we were on the main road, the double-glazing minimised the noise and we had a wonderful view of the Murillo Gardens and thhe Giralda. The renovations being carried out gave the Reception area the look of a bombsite! The lift is for 4 people but there is no warning that 4 people's luggage will overburden the lift-so we got stuck! We were not between floors -just a foot above ground level, but couldn't open the door. I must say that the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and comforting to one of the party who was very upset. |

proximity to the old Jewish quarter of the city and other sites there was construction going on in the lobby, so it was an eyesore, and the walls were pretty thin - we could hear people in the next room easily |

good location just across the road from old town. handy for excellent bus services. good view if you ask for it. plus- see above. at time of our stay public areas were under renovation so some noise during day. |

The staff attitude, although they are going through a mayor uncomfortable refurbishment in the hotel, they are helpful and nice all the time. The location is also a pro. I didn't like to be there in the middle of a refurbishment. It is a bit noisy as well. |

Fantastic location 5 minute walk through the park into the Santa cruz location, dont be put off that its on a main road you cant hear any traffic The car park is very tight for driving into and parking but the car was safe there the whole stay |
