La ubicació de l'hotel és excel·lent, així com l'atenció del personal. Qualitat relació-preu desfassada en habitació Junior Suite. Sent aquest tipus d'habitació les dimensions eren reduïdes. La logística i aparell de TV molt desfassat/ vell. Excessiu soroll de les màquines d'aire que hi ha al costat de l'habitació. |

La situació és excel.lent, a la millor zona de Barcelona. Les instal.lacions són molt bones i l'habitació que vaig ocupar, a l'últim pis, va ser perfecte. El personal molt amable. |

the lobby was nice and the location was excellent the superior room was a lot smaller than it looked in pictures! Also, cleaning of rooms everyday wasn't as thorough as I've experienced in other hotels, ie. bins weren't emptied everyday and beds weren't fully dressed! Staff weren't very friendly! |

Location was good and rooms were quiet. Fantastic tapas place behind the corner "cerveceria catalana" Hotel staff very unpleasant, although we had reserved a doubleroom we were given a twin bed room. We were told to push the beds together.. Bad smell from the bathroom (swage) |

the junior suite looks like a normal room. it is small. the only thing you get is a big bubble bathroom which they call jakuzzi. i'm disapointed. |

It had very easy access to the las ramblas about 10minutes away and there was also plenty of reasonably priced tapas bars to choose from near by. |
