the lobby was nice and the location was excellent

the superior room was a lot smaller than it looked in pictures! Also, cleaning of rooms everyday wasn't as thorough as I've experienced in other hotels, ie. bins weren't emptied everyday and beds weren't fully dressed! Staff weren't very friendly!

Hotel staff very unpleasant, although we had reserved a doubleroom we were given a twin bed room. We were told to push the beds together.. Bad smell from the bathroom (swage)

the junior suite looks like a normal room. it is small. the only thing you get is a big bubble bathroom which they call jakuzzi. i'm disapointed.

It had very easy access to the las ramblas about 10minutes away and there was also plenty of reasonably priced tapas bars to choose from near by.

Atmosphere in bar particularly good - Eveline Andreazza was lovely and helpful in answering any queries we had about the city. The free bubbly at the bar was a nice surprise on checking in.
