Located right in the commercial and cultural heart of Palma de Mallorca, the hotel is just a short distance from Paseo Maritimo, the city’s seafront promenade.

The hotel was originally built in 1961 and remains full of character, with many of its original features preserved. Inside, the hotel offers modern comforts and was totally renovated in 1992. The comfortable, modern accommodation was again renovated in 2007.

Reception is open 24-hours a day and the hotel has lifts, a TV room and a cafe on the second floor. Air conditioned and heated conference rooms are also available, with capacities ranging from 24 to 57. The hotel offers wireless internet access and storage for bicycles is also available.

The superb, central location makes the hotel a great base for exploring Palma De Mallorca and all it has to offer.

Area information

Hotel located in the commercial & cultural centre of Palma de Mallorca short distance from Paseo Maritimo sea-front promenade, the Cathedral and shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. Jaime III is the most important point of reference in Palma. The guests will find it easy to move around the city and the rest of the island because very close, in the surroundings, there are bus stops those connect to Arenal beach, Illetas beach, Cala Major beach and more interesting turistic places, and easily reached on foot, Plaza de España, where we can find the train and bus station to visit the rest of the island. Son Sant Joan international airport is some 15 km. away, 20 minutes by car and the commercial port some 5 km.away, 5 minutes by car.

The rooms we stayed in had been refurbished and were spacious, comfortable and clean

There was still work going on at the hotel and the bar facility was not available during our stay.

The hotel is in the centre of the city, excellent location. The staff is very kind and the rooms was recently completely remodelated.The breakfast is very good.

The wifi does not work very well in the upper part. The signal is very poor.

rooftop trace, quiet location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Despite renovation working being carried out the hotel was quiet and the workmen unobtrusive and quiet

Roof Terrace has fantastic views of the Cathedral, Excellent location, close to bus links from airport & around the city, In the middle of the shopping & cultural old town area, restuarant on doorstep, Cleanliness of rooms, friendliness and efficiency of staff, room to store luggage upon check out...Would highly recommend!

The fact that we were not told that repair work was being undertaken on the lower floors, creating noise and dust during the daytime, it did not affect our stay too much as we were away from the hotel sightseeing, however you were aware of it upon your return.

The hotel is good

What is not normal is that there was very noisy works in the hotel which started at 8 am. In fact we had holidays in construction site. The hotel should be closed for such works and it's dishonest to continue to receive customers in these conditions. I am really angry and regret not to go to tourism authorities for claim when I was there.

The hotel is situated rigth in the center, with shops all around and walking distance to everything. Very nice and big rooms and there is a roof terrace as well. Breakfast was very nice.

The walls in the rooms is very thin, so you can hear almost everything whats going on around you.
