Location. Very near, but not on, Las Ramblas, and near waterfront. Also breakfast was more than adequate. Good-sized modern bathroom. Younger desk clerks very courteous and helpful.

Kitchenette is bare-bones. No oven or microwave, only sink, small refrigerator and two-burner stove top. Small table had only one chair. No instructions on how to call desk, or how to use any facilities. One (older) desk clerk seemed a bit surly. On last night, staff did nothing to quiet down a group of Italian teenagers who had just arrived, and made noise on our floor to 1:30 AM

The room was directly above the kitchen/breakfast room. Banging and clattering started just after 6 in the mornings!!!!!

location is excelent, just 2 minutes walk for the Rambla and first metro station, the tortilia at the breakfast is really good, they offer a storage room(we had cheked out at 10.00 and the plane was at 23.00) and helped us lot,

there was an unpleasent smell in the bath, they offered just a small quantity of shower gel. the first night we stayed in a very small room, with no balcony and 2 beds althoug I had asked for a double bed, but the next day they change it and the second was quite nice ; the breakfast was the same every day, is rather dull if you stay too much

Close proximity to the harbor, metro and the famous las Ramblas. The room was nice and large, clean and quiet.

There were a lot of dark alleyways that was kind of eerie and unclean that makes walking about at night a little scary if you're on your own. Breakfast was nice, just the basics. Free internet but was very slow. A/C was a bit loud so I was hesitant to use it and disturb my neighbors.
