This modern, stylish hotel is located in the heart of Eixample; a contemporary area characterized by its mix of boulevards and small stores within the financial world of Barcelona.

The hotel offers comfortably-equipped apartments for 2-4 people in this fashionable district, just 10 minutes walk from numerous tourist attractions, such as Paseo de Gracia, La Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Other nearby delights include: the house of Milá and La Pedrera, House of the Puntxes. Also, all guests enjoy free access to the Barcelona Egyptian Museum.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is compulsory.

There is a daily cleaning service, and complete cleaning 2 days a week, including a change of bed linen and towels, for stays of longer than 7 nights.

Important. Please call the number that appears on your confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. It is imperative that you provide a phone number or email where you can be contacted at all times.

Key Collection.
The key collection address depends on the time and date of your arrival.

From Monday to Sunday, from 09.00 to 23.45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner).
From 00.00 until 09.00 in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).

Public Holidays.
From 09.00 to 13.45 and from 16.00 to 18.45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner).
At any other arrival time, in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).

Public Holidays in 2008.
1st and 6th Jan, 21st and 24th Mar, 1st and 12th May, 24th June, 15th August, 24th Sept, 12th Oct, 01st Nov and 6th, 8th, 25th and 26th Dec.

For reservations of more than 4 rooms, a prepayment is required.
Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to arrange the prepayment method.

The location is excellent, the equipment is wonderfull

The standart apartment is too small for 4 persons, when you open the
sofa there is no place to sit near the table, it would be nice if
tourists would found some tea, coffee, sucar, oil, some dish soap
for hand wash

the location, kitchen, and appliances were terrific.

the room was a little small and the cleaning staff did not do much.

easy parking and access

cleanliness of room leaves a lot to be desired, example:floor not cleaned plus other minor points, no plug in sink in bathroom, but acceptable on price.

easy to reach by metro, small but very nice bathroom, excellent shower. Just a nice appartment for staying a couple of days

The dishwasser still contained dirty plates and pans.

Nice, quiet accommodations for a family of four.

I hadn't read the fine print, so it was my fault...but there was no reception on the ground floor and no indication that the reception was located on the fifth floor. I was supposed to call to verify this information 24 hours prior to arriving, but I wonder if that step could have been avoided with a simple sign in the lobby.

The Location is very good as it is very close to all the main attraction at the same time very quiet and safe. Entire reception staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Victor and Sandra as well as a young lady (I don not know the name). The amenities in the room and kitchen were excellent.

The room was a bit disapointed as it was small four adults. The site gave an impression that it is a one bedroom apartment, actually it is a studio with a double bed and a sofa cum bed.

modern self-contained facilities. Nice surrounds with lots of bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants.

No front desk reception. Located upstairs in the back of the complex. we arrived late at night and found an empty lobby without any signs in the lobby...
