Charm, history, character of hotel & service. Expensive but a wonderful stay & great location. Park in the lot off the main road and walk to the hotel. Streets very narrow. |

the charm of the rooms and staff. the rooms in the patio de clemente were wonderful. the plumbing from our room and others made a lot of noise, but the charm of the hotel and location well compensated for that. |

Proximity of the hotel to the historic centre, recently renovated rooms, good service from hotel staff Light in the room was poor. Rooms were looking to an internal courtyard and there was sometimes noise from guests and staff passing by in the early morning. Better window-noise insulation would make a difference. |

Excellent location and we had a great room that overlooked a beautiful garden and fountain. The room was a little noisy, but the outlook was worth it. |

The room was better than expected after our previous nights in other cities. Large room, with very large bathroom, good air conditioning - kept room cool. Also, the overall hotel was nicer than our previous ones - very nice overall set up, had a pool, decent facilities. The hotel entrance should be better marked.
