We enjoyed the availability of the frig in the room with complimentary water, soft drinks, and juice. We encountered problems with internet access the first two days we were at the hotel. The attendant claimed there was no one available to fix the access problem. |

location was good.Hotel and room was spotless.Great to have tea facilites.Staff were very good. would have liked to be able to pull the curtains fully but was not possible because of the width of the curtains. |

Being central in Madrid, liked the idea of a spa in the hotel, hotel reception was polite and helpful The fact that the spa was only a concession - not stated on the internet, had reverted to winter hours but this was not explained either on the net or leaflet in the rooms (closed from 4pm Sunday til 12 noon Tuesday - most of the time we were there. Spa receptionist was most rude - making a private call and did not acknowledge us. No staff in the spa and no water fountain for drinks. |

the breakfast but one of the staff members was so rude and horrible when i asked for something and when she bought food to my table she might as well have thrown it she was the waitress with very green or blue eyes it wasnt what i expected but one hotel staff member was excellent his name was Jesus - go figure! |
