Situated in the heart of Madrid, in a vibrant area, the hotel is just 100 metres from the famous Callao and Puerta del Sol, and close to the Preciados and Gran Vía shopping streets.

The rooms are well-equipped and have free wired internet access. Buffet breakfast is included. The restaurant-cafe serves traditional cuisine with daily set menus and à la carte.

The hotel is a good base from which to explore the city as the area is well-served by public transport. The closest underground stations are Callao and Gran Vía, but the hotel is within walking distance of the Palacio Real, the Plaza Mayor and the Thyssen Museum.

We had a very nice corner room, with space even with babycot. The location is great. Good breakfast.

No child chairs at breakfast

Location, location, location. Breakfast was also excellent. Very good value for the money. One can walk to everything and cabs are plentiful when you need one.

Nothing really. People from the USA might find the rooms a bit on the small side, but they are clean and have good showers.

Location. Efficient staff

Breakfast - items not replaced promptly. Hotel claimed breakfast to 10.30, but staff cleared buffet at that time - should have left food until people who arrived before that time had finished.
