The hotel is in a neighborhood...lots of lovely , small restaurants;
not a lot of bustle and noise; convenient to all of the "must see"
sights of Madrid.

The hotel is wonderful. The location the room the service the breakfast and the staff are excelent. We would retern to the hotail again.

It was nice if the hotel wad giving the safe box free of charge.

Very good position, close to Serrano and Salamanca shopping area, good connections for subways. Plaza del Sol is just 10 min by walking. Touristic bus stop (Madridvision) is 100 mt from the hotel and also Parco del Retiro is very close. High Standard hotel with large rooms, quiet area. Superb Breakfast

Big room, free water and soft drinks, even a kichenette. Very helpful and kind personnel. Excellent location, very quiet even during the Euro Cup winning celebrations! Fine breakfast (I was only missing vegetables).

As a business traveller I always would like to have a trouser press in room, but instead the personnel provided me with a steam iron plus a ironing board for my whole stay, thank you!

The TV needs an upgrade, and the beds should be 2 queen size beds

Nice size of hotel, not a 200 room monster. Great location. Good size very comfortable room with a fully equiped kitchenette. Double glazing is far from soundproof. Luckily the road outside is one way and quiet even allowing for some building reconstruction a short distance away. Friendly bar much used by local business people at lunch. Can't comment on the resturant as we eat out.
