location, hotel, staff friendly Room service only until 11pm, very very noisey road outside at night, and the cleaners on Sunday morning (despite the do not disturb sign on our door) shouted their heads off at eachother outside waking us up. They also knocked on the door at all times. |

Everything was at hand and the Staff were excellant at helping you. The food at breakfast was very good and the Drolma Restaurant was superb. |

Central location Very poor frontdesk service and had a credit card issue while checking in (when we complained and changed the person at the fromt desk, all went through ok). First frontdesk guy was completely stressed out and rude. Rooms were begging for being dusted (walls, connecting room door, etc). Bfast was like a 'train station restaurant' with pushy bfast room manager. Definitely not a 5 star in my book! |
