central beliggende, god betjening vi valgte hotellet fordi den havde pool. Det var bare ikke til at bruge den, da den hele tiden var fuld af folk som brugte den i forbindelse med fitnesscenteret. Det er dårligt at det ikke står nogen steder, at man nærmest skal på hold for at kunne komme i vandet. Man skal både bruge badehat og sko i poolen, det er alt for omstændigt. Synes ikke man kan kalde hotellet et pool hote. |

Room was clean and very confortable with a separate area with a desk Services were way to expensive. Breakfast buffet was available for about 19 euros, internet was nearly 15 euros a day or 9 euros per hour and similar situation with items in the minibar (small bottle of water was about 3-4 euros while you can get a 1.5 liter bottle at the nearby "El Corte Ingles" for 0.28 euros (28 cents!). In addition, the convertion rate dollar-euro the hotel offered was way off |

It had a great fitness, was close to the centre. There was no internet in the room; even when we paid for wireless internet connection (which was rather expensive), we had to go to lobby to be able to use it. |

Location Everything else: small room, no internet (9Euro/hour at a 4 star hotel?!?), small bath, the doorknobs got jammed, waited 30 min until someone came and we could use the bathroom, the pool was filthy... All-in- all, this was no 4 star hotel. 2 stars tops, and one's for the location and the fact that the bathroom is in the room. You can do better! |

the staff was willing to assist when asked for informarion. the location was very desireable. the noise level in he middle of the night was very high. i believe it came from the trash dumpsters being emptied and repositioned. |
