The facilities are too poor for the four star hotel. the wall was so thin that the neighbours noise and laud voice made us awake at three o’clock early in the morning . The make up for the room for the second night finished at five o'clock in the evening at last. Toilet articles were not replenished. |

When I request to be put in to a room overlooking the Plaza, they go out of their way to do so. They also notice that I am a regular customer. |

Amazing location. Rooms are quiet. Good value for the location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended No in room directory so was difficult to find out how to use telephone, etc. Shower fluctuates between hot and cold |
