the location - very authentic, had a nice local feel about it; in a very quiet area; our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable; beds were very comfortable with really good mattresses. breakfeast was very good - lovely fresh breads, fruit and very nice tasy hot food too. patio area was very nice and peaceful; staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well kept. the shower/bath glass screen did not fit tightly to the bath thus everytime we had a shower the floor near the bath/shower and toilet area got very wet. However we did not complain as we were overall very happy with the hotel. |

breakfasts were good it did not have as much character as we were led to believe from the photos and description - expected it to be older and moorish in style - the actuality was that only the front was in this style - the rest was modern and characterless |

Fanastically helpful, welcoming staff. Lovely tiled entrance / reception. Very comfy, spacious beds & a sitting room - more than we needed for such a short stay. Outstanding value for money. Disagree with someone's comment about the breakfast - there was ample choice & lots of it. We had a fabulous weekend & look forward to returning. Slightly awkward for getting to the centre of town - although we were lazy & kept jumping into cabs which mounted up due to no direct routes because of the one way system! Local area is good anyway though. Hotel was a bit noisy early in the morning - maybe this was a one off & we were unlucky? |

The reception staff spoke English and were really helpful. The aircon system in my room was really good. The breakfast included in the price was great - loads of choice and available until 11am so I got a lie-in. I got a decent deal seeing as I booked on the day I needed the hotel - probably could have got cheaper if I'd booked in advance, but still happy with the deal I got. I had a ground floor room, so there was a lot of noise outside my room. The 4th floor pool was freezing! (Not really a complaint though, because most hotels don't have a pool.) |

The look and location of the hotel provides an experience for itself. The area is quiet at night and from the rooftop pool, you get a good view of the city. Also the free breakfast has several choices and is well stocked. It is far away from most of the main sites in Sevilla, so a taxi or the bus is a must. Also very few dining choices around the area. |

We could not sleep the whole night. The room was facing the corridor with top to bottom windows so you could hear everything outside. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. |

The welcome drink was a nice start, especially after the heat! The rooftop pool was lovely and peaceful, my room was really lovely and the reception staff were very helpful. |

We liked the internal courtyard although disappointed that the fountain was never in use during our stay. The room was well cleaned each day. The bathroom whilst perfectly good made the room have a damp, musty smell which must have been due to inadequate ventilation. We had booked for dinner one evening but the staff had somehow overlooked the booking. There was no apology but a table was found. The staff were slow and the menu seemed uninviting so we eventually decided to eat elsewhere that night. |
