The rooms were clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had a few restaurants nearby. Location from the Metro. And that you had to go to Ara-munt Apartments to get your keys before you can go to the apartment. They also don't clean your place up every day. Nevertheless, if you will spend more than a few days in Barcelona, it should be no problem to stay here. |

very clean and very spacious. the furnance was not lit. Luckily my brother was able to do it as he is an electrical engineer. Otherwise this will be a great problem. |

very good for a big family, reasonably priced the shower curtain did not reach the top of the tub, my room needed to be swept as the floor was a bit dirty, the remote control for the tv did not work |

The apartment was roomy and central enough to be within walking distance of the Metro station and other attractions, but sufficiently far from the centre to be quiet. The staff who booked us in were surprised that we were seeking to pay in cash - comments by previous travellers had lead us to believe this was required. |

the apartment was very dirty. The settee needs immediate replacement. The shower curtains are useless. The lobby area is dirty. The lift is dirty. Teh staircase is dirty. |

The apartments were spacious and very well equipped. There were 6 of us in total, 2 different families and we never felt squashed etc. The area was good too, not too far a walk from the main areas. Definately would recommend this to anyone in a group. You have all cooking facilities as well and a dishwasher and washing machine. |

The location and comfort of the rooms the staff did not come to fix the broken light in my room during my 4 days stay. and the different locations for the reception and apartment was very troublesome. |

Clean apartment, bedding crisp and clean, spacious great for a group. children enjoyed using the antique lift. Description of a 'toaster' actually means a breville sandwich maker! Didn't feel the balcony was safe with children in the apartment, as the balcony wall was quite low and it would be easy for a child to climb up and over, so we kept the door shut, but there were no locks on the doors and windows, and we were 5 storeys up. |
