The hotel is well distance within walking distance from Gare Du Nord, it is a modern funky hotel ideal for a city break business or leisure. I would definately stay here again. Exceptionally clean/new!!!

There was no ironing facility available in the room, and my shirts had to be taken down to reception to be ironed..... Not ideal??

It was centrally located, with good facilities. It had been recently refurbished to a high standard, and was clean and comfortable. I used room service which was excellent, though I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the buffet.

The hotel was advertised as having an iron/ironing board available for rooms - when I asked for an iron it couldn't be located, and although one was found for me for the next day, it came without a board! More importantly, I could not connect to the internet in my room, although the hotel is advertised as having free wi-fi access, and this caused me real problems, as I was on a working trip.

the rooms were lovely, very clean, the provided shampoo and other toiletries, a REAL hair dryer, and the staff was excellent

The hotel is quite new with modern decorations and motifs. The rooms are a decent size.

This hotel pre-authorised the first night's charge to our credit card. This was unexpected. and was the only hotel (out of 20 or so on our trip) that did this. Also we had to be moved from our room because of a fault with the fire alarm. The staff did an excellent job of relocating our belongings and setting them up in the new room.

Rooms were very small and there was, therefore, very little hanging space, no drawer space and no full length mirror.

It was close to the station and quiet.

Clean, good bed, free internet

The failure of the shower. No warm water. For this price ! And again as single you are stored in the Attics of the Hotel.

Cool hotel, close to Metro, very kind persons at receptions and at breakfast, clean hotel, modern and exceptional price.

I was really missing wardrobe. Small room, expensive breakfast and one misunderstanding with cleaning staff (they want when I came to room to wait, that they will clean it - time was 15:45)? Hello??? But I threw them out without any questions...
