Much friendlier staff under new ownership. Beautiful room, charmingly furnished, and very good restaurant.

Given that the central heating had broken down and the hot water also failed before my husband was ready to take his shower, I think they might, even though such things do happen, have offered some small reimbursement or even an apology instead of the cheerful comment that we had been rather unlucky!

Its central position and very helpful staff

At first we had a room with very tiny bathroom we can bearly move , but they upgraded us for free to a better room with bigger wc

I was surprised to meet in 5 stars hotel such a bad treatment from one of the reception employers , also it was not a comfortable stay at all because we did not have Air condition in the rooms so we were obliged to open the window also we were not able to sleep because of the big noise .

Location was excellent. On a quiet road so not noisy.

Staff were not very friendly. Restaurant suggestions were not great and no irons to borrow which surprised us for a 5 star.
