The hotel was really nice, great location for all sites and going out at night - only a 10 minute walk into the main Piazza Navona and Pantheon. The room was newly refurbished, modern, minimalist and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and friendly staff. The rooftop breakfast restaurant was lovely and had a great view. I would definately recommend this hotel.

One of the receptionists was not particularly helpful - but this is no way a reflection on any of the other staff.

Clean and well located for everything we wanted to see. Breakfast setting was excellent on the roof & reasonable choice of food. Rooms very modern and light.

The traffic noise is very loud - even with the windows shut. Needs double/treble glazing on the front rooms at least. Evening meal at the hotel not up to a great standard - not hot enough.

The location of the hotel is good, it is an easy walk to the Vatican and Piazza Navona. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of food all very nicely displayed. The staff in the bar dining area were very friendly and helpful. We decided to try the evening meal, it was exellent in fact the best meal we had in Rome, also good value and a great view too :-)

Booked an exclusive room. We were very disapointed, it was small and nothing like the rooms photographed. Spoke to reception we were told that no rooms in the hotel had a Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Asked for bathrobes on 3 occasions promised ten mins never arrived. No information available not even prices for mini bar. Reception very poor.

The staff were really friendly and helpful,the hotel looked amazing once you were inside. The view from the roof was to die for. Every morning getting up to breakfast was just amazing.the hotel has a high standerd of help from staff nothing is too much

Hotel did not have executive room for me on first night, had standard room it was basic,painted walls with cheap looking landscape picture of rome. Second night was put in executive but curtains ripped down , jacuzzi bath did not work correctly, window cracked, looking at bins over raod. Third night we moved to bridal room if you get this room you are in heaven itself. Warning buffet only in hotel

The decoration of the hotel.

1. Nobody to carry luggage or show you to your room. 2. Having to queue for coffee and fruit juice at breakfast - of all the hotels we've stayed in, in Italy, we've never experienced this - this is not 4 star service. 3. Very poor shower pressure in a double delux room - not good.
