I have stayed here many times before and it's a wonderful hotel with old world charm. It's also centrally located and easy to access.

Nothing. The room was not what we saw on the internet. Second, we had to exit the hotel and were placed in a seperate hotel from the main entrance. For 300 Euros a night one would expect more- we did not even have a table to put things on in the small living area. Some of the hotel staff were also very snooty and unfriendly. Very disappointing- what a rip of

There was one very kind staff member. The breakfast was good and soy milk was available.

We didn't like the fact that our room was located in a building accross the street from the main part of the hotel, so that we did not have easy access to hotel staff, the breakfast facilities, internet facilities etc. This was not specified on the website.
