Pt - o preco do quarto na reserva foi feito por eur 150 e como se enganaram no quarto que me deram queriam que paga-se eur 260. en - The price of the room in the reserve as been eur 150 and the hotel want to charge eur 260, because they give me a different room, and are been a staff mistake.

the staff are impolite and unhelpful in organising events such as bookings, the rooms are small, the bathroom heating was broken

Minibar didnt work and was not repaired even when we asked for that

I have stayed here many times before and it's a wonderful hotel with old world charm. It's also centrally located and easy to access.

Nothing. The room was not what we saw on the internet. Second, we had to exit the hotel and were placed in a seperate hotel from the main entrance. For 300 Euros a night one would expect more- we did not even have a table to put things on in the small living area. Some of the hotel staff were also very snooty and unfriendly.
