Situation: close to station and centro storico. Comfortable beds and spacious room/bathroom. Kind staff. Breakfast would improve a lot if instead of the "factory made" bread, they would serve the wonderful bread which is sold all over (even in the supermarket nearby). The rest ok |

near to train,bus and metro bedside lamp was not working, shower could only be held in hand. So, small lacks that could easily be repared if noticed by the staff, but not really worth complaining about. |

Definitely great location and great value. We only stayed one night and had to catch an early flight the next morning, so the hotel staff packed us breakfast to go without us even asking for it. I thought that was very thoughtful. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. |

convenient location....but need to improve on the reception area to provide a good appear of the hotels. the hotel does not provide tea facilities in room. Althought the rooms are very cosy and spacious, the lifts up to the rooms are outside of the reception area it may be bit uncomfortunate for any one travelling alone especially if your room is the last on the hallway. |

Big,comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good location. Facilities did not match up to website description - no tub(bath), no restaurant, no bar. Shortage of lightbulbs made room gloomy. |

The hotel staff were very friendly & willing to help, with not only my stay but also how to get to places of interest-in best&quickest manner. The room and facilities were well kept, and quite welcoming. The location was perfect with the fact that I was travelling via train. Only thing not provided was a washcloth, but maybe the culture. |
