Roman and Williams’ renovation of the Royalton truly reflects the dynamic splendor of the hotel’s surroundings, buzzing with energy from the bustling epicenter of Midtown Manhattan in New York City.

Enter the hotel via the iconic floor to ceiling mahogany doors into a crystalline glass vestibule that instantly sets the tone for the memorable experience yet to come.

Guests are then welcomed by Royalton’s “runway”, now warmed with dusty earth tones gradating from a sultry midnight blue to a majestic elephant grey combined with the glamorous texture of slate flooring.

Food & beverage

Enjoy a modern American menu featuring seasonal fresh foods at Brasserie 44. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7 AM until 11 PM.

Bar 44 is a reincarnation of Royalton’s legendary Round Bar. The bar offers bar and pre-theater menus. Open from noon until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and noon until 1 AM Friday and Saturday.

lower rooms rather dark on the internal elevations ,external a/c exhaust constant drone,but not off putting

The prices of the items in the minibar were very expensive. $ 10 for a small bottle of water is too much. Internet $ 7 for 15 mins is quite unfair. However they have an option for free online chek-in and printing your bording pass which is nice.

the comfort - extremely comfortable bed, amazing sheets + towels, very nice bath room, great water pressure in the shower, good toiletries, great flat screen tv and and and

the room had almost no natural light + even in brightest sunshine you felt like it was night when you were in the room. The lamps in the room and bathroom were lovely and stylish + had a dimmer but there was not a single light that was sufficiently strong (to work/read, do my make up, choose colors etc.).

Location of the hotel and lobby was interesting
